After a detailed analysis, we identified that the replacement of some hardware components was essential to restore the server's stability.

- Hardware Replacement: Essential server components were replaced to ensure continuity of services.

- Database Restoration: To minimize the impact on data, we use a database backup 6 hours before the event.
