Hello, This is not a bug, sometimes you won't find births so close to the gate. This configuration is the same as the leaked CIP files. You will need to rely on luck and your persistence. | |

Here it does matter a whole lot, because your NPC's aren't random walking at all. They will be fixed in their place wherever they happen to spawn, until the next server reboot, which makes it impossible to complete this quest on a given day. | |
